Scope & Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of EntireSol LLC websites, applications, and services. By using our services, you accept these Terms.

Accounts & Acceptable Use

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• No abuse, reverse engineering, or unlawful use of the services.
• Comply with all applicable laws and third-party terms.

Fees, Billing & Taxes

Pricing, payment terms, and taxes are specified in your order form, SOW, or invoice. Late payments may accrue interest as permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

We retain rights in our pre-existing IP and platform. Deliverables and license terms follow your agreement or SOW.

Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with reasonable safeguards and use it only as permitted by the agreement.

Warranties & Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” except as expressly stated in writing. We disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed, neither party will be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited as set out in your agreement.

Term & Termination

Either party may terminate as provided in the agreement, including for material breach not cured within the stated period.

Governing Law & Disputes

Governing law, venue, and dispute resolution procedures are as specified in your order form or master agreement.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as needed. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
